Each practice's own website
Names, services, offices, hours, languages and other details of 6,371 practices are read from their own websites. Each profile shows the date it was read. 300 listings passed a second check by a reviewer, shown on the profile with its date.
US Census Bureau files
ZIP code areas and place positions come from the Census Bureau's public gazetteer files. We use them to place each office in a city and to sort results by distance.
